I first attended EMDR training thinking it would simply become another tool in my therapy toolbox. What surprised me was learning how effective EMDR can be not only for trauma, but also for anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, and more.
Experiencing EMDR myself during training, and later seeing the lasting change it created for clients, completely shifted my perspective on therapy and healing.
I founded Inner Compass Counseling in Marlton, NJ with the mission of making high-quality, evidence-based therapy, including EMDR, more accessible to the people who need it most.
We meet every client with warmth and respect, honoring their unique story.
Therapy works best when you can show up as your full self—and we do, too.
Change takes courage, and we’re here to support you through every step.
Healing happens in safe, genuine relationships—we value that deeply.
We believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in compassion, collaboration, and trust.
Our therapists draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP, and EMDR to support lasting change.
Because everyone’s journey is unique, we tailor each session to fit your individual needs—helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow in ways that are best for you.
Our clinicians each bring their own expertise and personality to the work we do—but what we share is a deep respect for the people we serve.

Limiting social-media time
Connecting with supportive friends or loved ones
Maintaining a consistent sleep routine
Small, intentional changes can create meaningful progress over time.
