At Inner Compass Counseling, we believe therapy should be clear, accessible, and free from financial surprises. Below, you’ll find information about our rates, insurance options, and payment process so you can plan confidently for your care.
Our therapy rates are based on clinician training and experience.
$150(per session)
$190(per session)
Rates may vary depending on therapist experience and session length. Please contact us for the most accurate pricing for your provider.
✓ Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (HBCBS)
✓ Aetna
✓ Optum
✓ Oscar
✓ Oxford
✓ United Behavioral Health (UBH)
All therapists in our practice are in-network with Aetna.
Participation with other insurance plans varies by provider. Our billing specialist can confirm whether your therapist is in-network with your specific plan.
If your therapist is not in-network with your plan, we are happy to guide you through the process of using out-of-network benefits for therapy.
This means you pay your session fee at the time of service, and we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
✓ What is my out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services?
✓ What percentage of my session fee will be reimbursed?
✓ Do I need pre-authorization before starting therapy?
Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance depending on their plan.
✓ Credit and debit cards (processed securely online)
✓ Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
✓ Payments through the client portal after each session
Payment is due at the time of your session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
We appreciate your understanding, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
We know billing and insurance can be confusing. We’re happy to help you navigate this process and ensure you understand your options before beginning therapy.
