Charlene is the founder of Inner Compass Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor.
She specializes in EMDR, trauma recovery, and anxiety treatment, and is known for her warm, collaborative style and belief that healing happens when therapy feels safe and authentic.

Brandon supports children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. He integrates CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help individuals, couples and families build resilience and self-understanding.

Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a calm, supportive space for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She helps adults and couples build resilience and confidence through evidence-based approaches such as EMDR under her compassionate guidance.

Kim works with adolescents and adults to strengthen communication, emotional awareness, and confidence. She specializes in women's issues such as peri/post natal and more.

Mary Ann specializes in helping adolescents and adults manage stress, grief, and trauma through a compassionate, strength-based approach. She uses CBT and trauma-informed methods such as EMDR to promote growth and healing.

Katie helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions using ACT and EMDR. She creates a safe environment that is inclusive and encourages self-discovery and confidence.
