It might feel like life is a little heavier than usual - maybe you’re anxious, stuck in your own head, or struggling to feel connected in your relationships. You don’t have to have it all figured out- just enough hope that life can be different. I help children, teens, adults and couples find confidence and clarity when things feel overwhelming. I also work with members of the LGBTQ IA+ community, creating a space for honest conversation and real support.
I have a broad range of experience helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions and more. Whether you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, and uncertain about your next step, we’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and create new ways to move forward.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to identify unhelpful patterns and make change feel possible.
